At Spector Bass Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, showroom condition with all included packaging and documentation.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack your bass or accessory in its original shipping carton, ensuring all original tags, manuals, and tools are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
